We're partnering with a leading global organization to identify an experienced Director, Finance Business Partner to provide strategic finance leadership through the end of 2026. This is a highly visible role supporting senior business leaders and driving financial planning, investment decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management across a global business function.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary finance partner to senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Influence investment decisions through financial analysis, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Challenge assumptions and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Support evaluation of new products, partnerships, programs, and growth opportunities.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and headcount planning processes.
- Own and drive the 2027 budget cycle from planning through final approval.
- Manage forecast updates and financial planning activities in response to changing business priorities.
- Oversee monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Executive Reporting
- Prepare and present executive-ready financial analyses, reports, and presentations.
- Deliver insights for leadership reviews, business performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Translate complex financial data into concise recommendations for senior executives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor two Senior Financial Analysts supporting regional finance activities.
- Ensure consistency in forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial controls.
- Provide oversight and guidance for month-end close support, reporting, and financial analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partner roles.
- Proven experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong experience owning budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and financial management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading planning cycles and working in complex, global organizations.
- Strong leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments, fintech, loyalty, travel, hospitality, consumer products, or other customer-focused industries.
- Background in large, matrixed corporate environments.
- Commercial finance and strategic investment evaluation experience.
