What You’ll Do
- Guide families in accessing local, county, and state resources (housing, food, healthcare, employment, childcare, financial assistance)
- Advocate for families to ensure timely access to needed services
- Develop individualized service plans with clear goals and action steps
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families
- Transport clients using a personal vehicle
- High School Diploma (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
