Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Overnight Assistant Supervisor (Part Time) we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
The GRIP Program is a Group Home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. GRIP provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Schedule Offered: Friday, Saturday, available for other shifts if interested
Salary: $23/hour
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage
- YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
- YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of GRIP's Residential Department.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
- Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
- Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
- At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
