As a leader in LGBTQIA youth services, we also provide education and consultation to other providers and community organizations.
Salary: $18 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week on-site.

What You'll Do
- Provide population served specific and focused education, skills coaching, outreach, and accompaniment to individuals.
- Connect with medically underserved individuals through culturally responsive outreach and provide them with education, accompaniment, and resources.
- Work with clients to identify personal goals and action steps towards achieving those goals.
- Maintain a caseload of client’s served, this is to be determined by supervisor.
- Assist clients with gaining access mental health, social services, employment, educational services and other services and supports as identified by their goals.
- Comply with all treatment timelines and regulations for each phase of their services.
- Work with individuals but also groups of clients, based on the needs of the program and clients served.
- Participate in the intake and discharge process as assigned by program leadership.
- Provide services in the office and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g.: homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program leadership and supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Must be 21 years or older.
- GED or High School Diploma is required.
- Prior personal lived experience of the program’s specific needs and services is preferred.
- Must be able to take initiative and direct teams of multi-disciplinary professionals and advocate for the clients.
- Able to work alone in an unsupervised environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as necessary.
- Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
