- Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)
- Balancing cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedure
- Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale
- Updating Communication Binder for most current information for team members
- Auditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completion
- Performing general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using email
- Providing General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and sales on a weekly basis
- Ensuring that all dispensary agents maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs
- Helping educate all team members on product offerings and any changes in state or city regulations
- Participating in weekly and quarterly retail meetings
- Being a company brand ambassador and representing the brand appropriately
- Building relationships with community leaders and trust from our neighbors
- Following and implementing the company’s core values, including respect, diversity, sustainability, research and service
- Creating and submitting the state recap each week to the CRC
- Picks and builds orders, and products for sales orders
- Supports with morning and evening inventory counts
- Assists in the receipt and in-processing of incoming product deliveries
- Supports in the physical recording of daily inventory
- Assists in inventory cycle counts
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Follows dispensary cash handling policies for drops and deposits
- Responsible for counting and closing daily tills and ensuring balanced counts
- Coordinates with Management to conduct cash counts
- Ensures cash is bundled for pickup in accordance with bank guidelines
- Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Experience
Two or more years of supervisory or key holder experience preferably in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility
Proven record of inspirational team leadership is preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Meet requirements to pass NJ cannabis affiliation
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to take direction and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
High level of organization, patience and flexibility
A valid driver's license is required

Qualifications
