Position Summary:
We’re looking for an organized, proactive Human Resources Generalist to support our 24/7 union manufacturing environment and play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and compliance.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll work closely with production associates, HR leadership, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient HR operations.

How You’ll Impact Results:
Performance & Development
· Partner with operations leaders to design and implement strategies that deliver results and empower frontline teams.
· Coach managers through performance management processes to strengthen engagement, growth, and overall team success.
Labor Relations & Compliance
· Guide leaders on labor contract interpretation and promote positive labor-management relationships.
· Manage job bids, track grievances, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure compliance with the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
Talent Acquisition
· Collaborate with Operations and Talent Acquisition to attract, select, and onboard top talent, from sourcing and interviewing to orientation and training.
· Utilize applicant tracking and talent systems to source candidates and maintain accurate records of hires, job bids, and personnel changes.
Associate Engagement
· Serve as a trusted resource for associates, providing guidance and support on workplace needs such as uniforms, lockers, and general inquiries.
Investigations & HR Support
· Conduct fair, confidential investigations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
· Maintain HRIS systems (SAP/UKG) and provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations.
Timekeeping & Attendance
· Oversee the Kronos system to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.
· Train users, resolve system issues, run reports, and manage vacation program administration.
