Position Summary:
As our next Senior Manager of Marketing Innovation, you will shape the future of our brands by turning consumer insights into breakthrough products that connects with consumers on shelf. You’ll collaboratively lead the end-to-end innovation process, executing current innovations, build a rolling 3-5 year pipeline while prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities to maximize growth.
Partnering with R&D, Brand Marketing, and cross-functional teams, you’ll strengthen innovation processes, drive commercialization to bring bold ideas to life, and ensure resources are focused on initiatives that deliver the greatest consumer and business impact.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Work Model: Work in a hybrid model with 3 remote days and 2 in-office days in Bethlehem, PA. Associates 50 miles away may receive one reimbursed hotel stay per week to ease commuting.
How You’ll Impact Results:
Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development
Lead and evolve both short- and long-term innovation plans, ensuring a steady pipeline of consumer-driven ideas.
Develop rolling 3–5 year innovation roadmaps that drive growth across our brands and unlocks new opportunities.
Build and refine innovation and commercialization processes grounded in collaboration, creativity, and decision-making across teams
Consumer Insights & Market Understanding
Identify emerging trends, category dynamics, and cultural shifts to inspire new product and platform concepts.
Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable ideas that resonate in-market.
Leverage data and analytics to guide prioritization and measure results.
Commercialization & Execution
Partner with R&D, Operations, and Brand Marketing to bring new products from concept to shelf.
Evaluate feasibility, fit, and ROI to balance creativity with business impact.
Ensure timely and successful execution of in-progress innovation launches.
Collaboration & Influence
Serve as a connector across teams, encouraging input, alignment, and shared ownership of innovation success.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to support ideation and commercialization.
Lead with vision, persistence, and optimism to navigate challenges and push new thinking forward.
