As Administrative Assistant, you are often a potential client’s first interaction with our business, greeting our customers in person and over the phone using your professional communication skills, and helping us to build lasting relationships. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to also be creative, spending a portion of your time on basic marketing tasks. You can immediately make an impact, becoming a valuable member of our team in our Bridgeville office. Additionally, you will receive ongoing training and guidance, have the opportunity to learn new skills, and grow into other roles if that is one of your career goals.

Our team prides ourselves on building client trust and engagement through customized planning and investment solutions. We are small but mighty, with more than 60 years of combined experience in the Pittsburgh market, and we are looking for you to join our team.

Provide top-notch administrative support to wealth management team, which includes helping clients, file preparation, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence
Take ownership of client files and documentation by organizing electronic database, while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality

What Do You Bring?
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred)

Attention to detail and pride in your work
Self-starter who excels in the skills of following up and following through
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce (preferred)
Knowledge of social media and experience with Canva to build social media postings (beneficial)
A high school diploma or GED
