Just Salad (Store Name) - Hiring Restaurant Manager!
Salary range: $55k - $65k based on experience & volume
Our General Managers are the leaders of the restaurant team. At Just Salad, they are known as Restaurant Team Leaders (RTL’s). As an RTL, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that your location meets all Just Salad quality and service standards. You will also be responsible for upholding Just Salad’s mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible.
As Restaurant Team Leader you are responsible for exemplifying the company culture as well as:
- The overall profitability and operational standards of the store.
- Employee training, developing and coaching (Tell, Show, Do Review).
- Cultivate and support the career trajectories of your team members to help them achievetheir professional and economic mobility goals.
- Effective communication.
- Compliance with employee policies/procedures and service standards/procedures withtheir team.
- The quality of customer service and fostering a customer-centric environment.
- The cleanliness of the store and clean presentation of the line items, as well as keepingit up to code with DOH standards.
- The morale of the store and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, payroll, inventory, compilingreports and food and beverage ordering.
- Understanding how to run effective food and labor without sacrificing service or quality.
- Supporting and executing programs for food waste reduction, packaging wastereduction, and energy and water efficiency.
Additional Duties:
- Lead by example and is a role model of standards and behaviors consistent with JS values and culture.
- Additional projects as assigned by your Area Team Leader (DM).
- Acts as an ambassador of the JS brand acknowledging that they are alwaysrepresenting the company and its values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably in quick service
- Food Handlers Certification
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Impeccable service standards, clean work habits, and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and coach/develop employees
- Thrives and problem solves within a high-volume environment while maintaining a good attitude
- Computer knowledge including Word and Excel
- Must possess strong experience with P&Ls
