You’ll seek out and execute high-impact marketing opportunities, working closely with store teams, community partners, and event organizers to grow the Just Salad brand.
We’re looking for someone who is a natural connector, thrives on getting things done, and isn’t afraid to strike up a conversation—whether it’s with a local business owner, a corporate partner, or a customer. You need to be a self-starter who takes ownership, finds opportunities before they arise, and turns strategy into action.

- Measure Impact & Optimize Efforts: Track key metrics for local activations, partnerships, and store-level marketing efforts, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Execute with Precision: From planning to execution, you’ll ensure every activation, store promotion, and event is seamless.
- Collaborate with Store Teams: Work closely with District Managers and Store Managers to ensure local marketing efforts translate into real results.
- Track Market Insights & Competitor Trends: Stay ahead of market shifts, customer behaviors, and competitive activity—and adjust strategies accordingly.
