Duties

• Supervise children’s activities within the indoor playground, ensuring safety and adherence to rules.
• Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and resolving any conflicts promptly.
• Assist with event management by organizing birthday parties, special events, or group activities.
• Conduct safety checks of play equipment regularly, following strict safety protocol adherence.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area, including manual handling of equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with guests through public speaking when announcing activities or safety instructions.
• Support food service operations if applicable, including basic food prep or serving snacks during events.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of outdoor work areas or venue spaces during special events.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as event venues, theaters, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Background in retail sales or food service provides a strong foundation for guest interaction skills.
• Experience managing events or large groups enhances your ability to coordinate activities efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, or outdoor work demonstrates physical readiness for the role.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling ensures accurate transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking help engage guests and promote activities effectively.
