Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any changes in condition to inform ongoing care plans
Skills
- Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia
- CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively in emergencies
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and social workers
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting residents with mobility needs

Pay: $16.04 - $18.00 per hour
