Position Overview
This is a floater position, which means you will move between classrooms and assist where needed throughout the day. Responsibilities include helping with staff breaks, classroom cleaning, food preparation, and serving meals.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, in accordance with Missouri requirements
- Early childhood education or child development coursework is a plus
- Previous childcare experience is preferred, but not required
- A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children thrive
Responsibilities
- Support multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day
- Help cover breaks for classroom staff
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Prepare and serve food to children
- Create a nurturing, fun, and safe atmosphere
- Support activities that encourage learning through play, art, music, and social interaction
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
