Job Title: Warehouse Clerk / Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 08:30 am - 05:00 pm

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, picking and packing orders, and preparing outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pallets and shipments arriving from Spain
• Unload, organize, and properly store inventory within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory-related tasks
• Utilize warehouse software and computer systems to track inventory movement and shipments
• Assist with general warehouse operations, organization, and housekeeping
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software is a plus
• SAP experience highly preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 20 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with team assistance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
