Warehouse Associate Picking and Packing - Immediate Start!

Position Summary

The distribution company is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse

operations. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced

environment and performing physical warehouse duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick and pack beverage products accurately and efficiently.
• Move pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage products as needed.
• Regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing approximately 30–40 lbs.
• Perform repetitive picking, packing, and material-handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, and packing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to regularly lift 30–40 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
