Position: Press Set-Up Technician

Type: Temp to hire

Pay: Starting at $25  based on skill level

Hours: 1st Shift-7:00am - 4:15pm,  2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 12:15am

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Press Set-up Operator to join our team. You’ll set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines, ensure production meets quality standards, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and remove molds, cycle-in molds, and maintain mold racks.
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues on the floor and perform operator tasks as needed.
  
  
• Ensure jobs meet specifications and maintain clean work areas.
  
  
• Complete set-up checklists and necessary documentation.
  
  
• Assist with shift supervision and machine maintenance when required.
  
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• 2 years of experience with injection molding machine set-ups and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions accurately.
  
  
• Team player who can operate a die cart and forklift safely.
  
  
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs (more than 50lbs with assistance)
  
  
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
