Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $20

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certificate of Compliance Specialist to support the Quality Assurance team. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. The right candidate will be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable managing documentation and meeting deadlines. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Obtain and organize Certificates of Analysis for all incoming materials.
• Review and reformat Certificates of Analysis as needed.
• Upload Certificates of Analysis into the company's internal system.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Maintain organized documentation and records.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to support daily quality-related activities.
• Respond to requests for information and assistance in a timely manner.
• Ensure assigned tasks and commitments are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-directed.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
