Systems Fabricator - Welder
Pay: $20.00 to $25.00
Shift: Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Type: Temp to Hire

SUMMARY:
The Systems Fabricator builds and assembles custom-designed, high quality liquid handling and fluid purification systems. This position requires good mechanical practices and craftsmanship to meet and exceed customer expectations in regard to quality and performance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using piping, electrical wiring, other mechanical practices, and TIG/MIG welding skills, completing all assemblies per engineering drawings, designs, and directions from the Production Engineer/Plant Manager and Engineering department.
- Performing all work in a safe and efficient manner to complete jobs within the estimated number of labor hours as determined by the Production Engineer/Plant Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding/fabrication experience
- Working knowledge of shop math and ability to use measuring tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability and comfortability using handheld power tools.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work required schedule.
- High school diploma or GED - Will consider work experience in lieu of education.
