Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Fontana, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the customer experience. The role requires actively engaging with customers to provide solutions and address any issues they may encounter.
