As a Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our field technicians and managing the daily service schedule to ensure our customers receive the prompt, professional service they deserve.
Your hero responsibilities will include:
β Managing and optimizing the daily technician schedule
β Communicating with technicians throughout the day to adjust jobs and priorities
β Coordinating incoming service calls and ensuring efficient dispatching
β Monitoring call flow and technician progress to keep the day running smoothly
β Supporting technicians so they can focus on delivering heroic service to customers
β Working closely with the team to ensure every customer experience is a great one
