As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the command center for our Home Service Heroes, helping customers get the fast, reliable help they need.
Your superpowers will include:
⭐ Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with scheduling and service needs
⭐ Listening carefully and responding with empathy and solutions
⭐ Dispatching our technicians to save the day
⭐ Keeping detailed notes and accurate customer records
⭐ Communicating with team members to ensure every job runs smoothly
⭐ Creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer
