We're currently looking for an Alliance Business Development Manager to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes. Responsibilities include:
- Own and grow assigned partner relationships to drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue across Just in Time GCP accounts and target markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic alliance partners, maintaining strong working relationships and regular business cadence.
- Develop partner account plans and quarterly priorities tied to measurable outcomes (leads, bookings, revenue, sourced revenue, influenced revenue, and joint opportunities).
- Build a clear understanding of each partner's offerings, priorities, sales motions, and market position to identify areas of mutual value.
- Strengthen Just in Time GCP's presence and credibility within partner organizations through relationship building, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- 6-9 years of experience in Sales partnerships, alliance management, partner management, business development, or TMF services, eClinical services and/or consulting.
- Proven track record of success in sales growth, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
- Working knowledge of clinical trial operations and compliance concepts (GCP, sponsor oversight, TMF/eTMF, QA, audits/inspections).
- Comfortable operating in a consultative, credibility driven environment with senior stakeholders
