What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock/Party Barge Manager position at Just For Fun Watercraft Rentals?
Just For Fun Watercraft Rental on Lake Travis has management opportunities available. This is a full-time year round position. We are a family owned and operated pontoon and party barge rental company on Lake Travis.
Boating experience and mechanical aptitude are recommended, but not required. Management skills and customer service skills are required.
Just For Fun is open seven days a week 8 AM to as late as midnight during the summer. You must be able to work all holidays and weekends. Typical schedule will be 2 weekdays off per week.
The manager is responsible for daily operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate employees
- Oversee the operations, maintenance, repair, accountability and security of all watercraft
- Oversee the daily operations of sales
- Opening and closing location
