About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee multiple drywall, framing, and interior systems projects across the Mission Critical and Commercial construction sectors. This position is ideal for a proven field leader who has successfully managed large-scale projects valued at $5M-$10M and can effectively oversee multiple jobsites simultaneously.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field operations across several active projects, leading 4-5 Foremen, driving production, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations across multiple active drywall and framing projects.
- Manage and mentor 4-5 Foremen across various jobsites.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
- Develop and execute manpower plans to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess safety, quality, and production performance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, clients, and trade partners.
- Resolve field challenges and proactively identify solutions to maintain project progress.
- Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in preconstruction planning, scheduling reviews, and project coordination meetings.
- Provide regular updates on manpower, production, safety, and project status.
Project Experience
Approximately 70% of the work involves Mission Critical and Data Center projects, including:
- Ground-Up Data Centers
- Data Hall Build-Outs
- Mission Critical Facility Expansions
- Tenant Improvement Projects
- Secure and High-Security Environments
- Administrative and Support Spaces
- Containment Systems
- Complex Interior Fit-Outs
Additional project experience may include:
- Corporate Offices and Headquarters
- Healthcare Facilities
- Life Sciences and Laboratory Spaces
- Higher Education Projects
- Sports and Entertainment Venues
- Commercial Interiors and Tenant Fit-Outs
Experience
- 10 years of experience within commercial drywall and framing construction.
- Proven experience managing projects with drywall and framing scopes valued at $5M-$10M .
- Experience overseeing multiple projects and jobsites simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple Foremen and large field teams.
- Strong background in commercial drywall, metal stud framing, ceilings, and interior systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- Mission Critical / Data Center construction experience.
- Structural and heavy-gauge framing experience.
- Experience with shaftwall, fire-rated assemblies, specialty ceilings, and high-performance wall systems.
- Experience working in active, secure, or operational facilities.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
