In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Superintendents, learning the intricacies of mission-critical infrastructure while taking real ownership of site safety, subcontractor coordination, and daily logs.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Supervision: Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
- Documentation & Logs: Maintain accurate daily field reports, progress photos, material deliveries, and safety logs using construction management software.
- Safety Enforcement: Walk the site daily to ensure all trade partners strictly adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Assist in verifying that work in progress matches the project drawings, submittals, and rigorous data center specifications.
- RFI & Submittal Tracking: Help identify field discrepancies early and work with the project engineering team to process Requests for Information (RFIs).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous field experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Lead Foreman—with direct exposure to data center or critical infrastructure projects (e.g., healthcare, microelectronics, or heavy industrial).
- Mobility: 100% willingness to travel and live near project sites nationwide for the duration of the build.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints, with a strong interest in learning complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with or quick ability to learn construction tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid.
- Certifications: OSHA 10-hour required (OSHA 30 preferred); First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required if backed by strong field experience.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
