They are seeking a Roofing Estimator to take ownership of pre-construction efforts and bid management for a wide range of commercial and multi-family projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine roofing scopes
- Prepare accurate take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal)
- Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, analyze quotes, and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to refine project scopes and pricing
- Assist with value engineering, alternate proposals, and post-bid clarifications
- Track bid results and maintain accurate estimating records
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar take-off and estimating software
- Strong knowledge of roofing assemblies, installation methods, and materials
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
