Project Focus
- Large-scale commercial construction projects
- Ground-up and renovation developments across multiple sectors
- Office buildings, mixed-use developments, retail centers, healthcare facilities, hospitality, and industrial projects
- Projects typically ranging from $40M–$200M
- Complex commercial construction with aggressive schedules and multiple trade coordination
Responsibilities
- Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations across all phases of construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, safety compliance, and quality control standards
- Conduct daily site walks and track project progress, manpower, and field productivity
- Help manage inspections, punch lists, turnover activities, and field documentation
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards
- Assist in resolving field conflicts and coordinating solutions with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain strong communication with project management, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives
- Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite environment
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience supporting large-scale ground-up or renovation commercial projects preferred
- Exposure to office, retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects
- Strong interest in field leadership and long-term superintendent career growth
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong communication and coordination skills with field teams and subcontractors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment
