Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel their best while working in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs.
• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Therapeutic, Sports Massage, Myofascial techniques, and other skills within your scope of practice.
• Conduct professional client consultations and review health histories.
• Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment records.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

• Current Alabama Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• A team player who values client-centered care.
• Ability to customize treatments rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Weekend availability—at least one Saturday or Sunday each week required.

• This is a W-2 based position Starting at $40.00 per hour massage plus tips, our LMT’s average $62/hour with tips! Speciality massage compensation start at $45/massage hour not including tips! (Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Cupping, Lymphatic Massage)
• Weekly bonuses based on number of appointments completed
• Weekly paycheck every Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage to meet individual client needs.
• Manage client consultations to assess their goals, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth daily flow of appointments..

Requirements

• Valid AL Licensure as a Massage Therapist
• Current Liability Insurance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions effectively.
• Comply with all Alabama State Board of Massage Therapy guidelines and maintain an ethical client-therapist relationship.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
