Role Overview: Licensed Massage Therapist
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will deliver customized therapeutic massage services, support client wellness plans, and help create outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on client needs.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and spa common areas.
- Support client wellness plans through routine visits and personalized treatment plans.
- Uphold state regulations and Hand & Stone standards for all massage therapy services.
Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy License (LMT) required in the state in which you’re applying..
- Ability to maintain valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for therapeutic massage, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and spa standards.
