Just Booked Social is a small, hospitality-focused social media agency working with 25 hotel brands across the U.S. We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Analyst Community Manager to support day-to-day execution across our client portfolio.

Responsibilities
Social Media Analyst
- Ads & Boosted Posts: Using client monthly Ad budgets to boost posts and run Meta Ad Campaigns
- Monthly Reporting: Creating monthly and quarterly client reports using provided templates
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring client performance insights and KPIs using Meta Business Suite
Community Management
- Managing Creator Collaborations: Managing emails and scheduling content collaborations between social media creators and clients
- Weekly Engagement: Managing weekly client engagement activities, including scheduled engagement times, responding to tags/mentions, reciprocating engagement, and monitoring account notifications.
Qualifications (Required)
- Some experience working with Meta Business Suite - particularly with the 'Boost Post' features and the 'Insights' feature.
- Strong written communication and email skills (clear, professional, and above all, timely)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks, conversations, calendars, and accounts at once
- Responsive and reliable, especially during weekdays
- Comfortable following structured systems, workflows, and templates
- Able to work independently without constant oversight
Stand Out Qualifications (Not required but highly recommended)
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and managing paid Ad Campaigns (training will also be provided).
- Experience working with the software "Notion"
- Experience working with Canva
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
