Social Media Content Creator + Asset Manager

Location: Hybrid (Conshohocken, PA — must be able to commute at least 3 days a week)

Just Booked Social Media is a growing agency specializing in the hospitality space, working with 20 hotel brands across the U.S. We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creator Asset Manager to join our team—someone who is passionate about content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about a role that blends creativity, organization, flexibility, and travel.

Travel Requirement: This is a travel-heavy role with monthly travel expected (often involving flights). Candidates should be excited about being on-site with clients and creating content in different locations. This is a core part of the role and not an occasional requirement.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to 1–3 clients per month to shoot new photo and video content

• Regularly creating and editing new content (Reels, Carousels, Image posts, Stories)

• Planning, scheduling, and publishing posts and stories on Facebook and Instagram

• Managing engagement, monitoring inboxes, and responding to tags/mentions

• Organizing and managing all media assets, including photos, videos, graphics, logos, UGC, stock, and post templates

Qualifications

• Familiar with Facebook and Instagram

• Must be able to provide a portfolio or account that showcases content abilities

• Ability to create and edit compelling short-form video content

• Proficient in Canva

• Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing software

• Understanding of Meta Business Suite, particularly Content Planner

• Ability to balance creativity with organized structure

Preferred Qualification's

• Proficient in Notion or similar project management tools

• Hospitality experience or familiarity with the industry

• Educational or professional background in marketing or a related field

• Experience working with social media creators

Compensation and Structure

$3,800–$4,200/month (based on experience and skillset)

Additional compensation provided for travel days

All travel-related expenses covered

This is a full-time 1099 contractor role, structured as a consistent monthly engagement (approximately 40 hours/week).

Schedule & Expectations

This role follows a hybrid schedule, including remote work, in-person collaboration, and travel. When not on-site, candidates are expected to be actively working, responsive, and engaged during standard business hours, collaborating via virtual communication and managing day-to-day responsibilities.
