We are building a lean, high-performance growth engine and are looking for a revenue-driven operator who can own inside sales, outbound outreach, and business development relationships.
This role sits at the intersection of sales execution and growth partnerships. You will manage inbound and outbound sales conversations, represent Just Be The Bank at conferences, and drive new opportunities through podcast outreach and strategic partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable closing deals, opening doors, and building long-term revenue channels.
Inside Sales
- Handle inbound leads from webinars, workshops, conferences, and content
- Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects through our education and coaching offers
- Follow up consistently to move qualified leads through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes
- Proactively reach out to prospective students, investors, and partners
- Re-engage past leads and warm contacts
- Build simple outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Hit weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
- Attend industry conferences and events as a Just Be The Bank representative
- Network with attendees, speakers, and sponsors to generate leads and partnerships
- Capture and follow up with event leads post-conference
- Support pre-event and post-event sales campaigns tied to conferences
- Identify and outreach to podcasts, associations, and strategic partners
- Coordinate podcast guest appearances and partnership conversations
- Help structure referral and affiliate opportunities
- Maintain and grow ongoing partner relationships
- Revenue generated from inside and outbound sales
- Conversion rates from calls to enrollment
- Number and quality of partnerships and podcast placements
- Lead follow-up speed and CRM hygiene
- Conference ROI measured by leads and closed deals
- 2 to 5 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Comfortable on the phone and in live conversations
- Strong follow-up discipline and organization
- Confident representing a brand in person at events
- Curious about real estate, investing, and private lending
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Experience selling education, coaching, or financial products
