Role Description:

Just 4U Custom Canvas, Inc. is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to help grow our brand presence and generate qualified leads through engaging digital content.We are a custom awning and shade company specializing in retractable awnings, patio shades, pergolas, exterior screens, and outdoor living solutions throughout Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, social media strategy, videography, and building a strong local brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media
• Film and edit short-form videos and reels
• Manage and schedule content across:
• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Pinterest
• YouTube
• Develop content strategies focused on generating leads and increasing brand awareness
• Showcase completed projects, behind-the-scenes fabrication, installations, and customer transformations
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and viral content formats
• Assist with Meta Ads and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with ownership on marketing ideas and promotions
• Monitor analytics and improve performance based on engagement and lead generation

Ideal Candidate:

• Creative and highly motivated
• Comfortable filming and editing content regularly
• Strong understanding of social media marketing
• Experience with:
• CapCut
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Meta Business Suite
• TikTok & Instagram Reels
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
• Comfortable working in both office and jobsite environments
• Knowledge of home improvement, construction, or outdoor living industries is a plus

Compensation:

• $22.00-$25.00 / hour
• Performance bonuses based on lead generation and closed projects influenced by marketing efforts

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• In-person position
• Located in Goleta, CA
