About the Role:    

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to effectively promote our brand, products, and team at real estate industry trade events. In this role, you’ll shape and execute event marketing strategies that align closely with sales goals, including driving booth traffic and meeting bookings, and ultimately, generating more quality leads. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and marketing colleagues to plan, produce, and deliver high-impact event marketing. With a strong grasp of industry, product, brand, and experiential marketing, you’ll track performance, optimize event results, and continuously refine what works. If you love tapping into data, strategy, creativity, and collaboration to drive measurable results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:   

• Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an assigned product line or vertical market 
• Collaborate with internal teams—including writers, designers, and product stakeholders—to execute marketing campaigns 
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases 
• Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and industry events 
  
  

Who You Are:    

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience 
• Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills 
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities 
• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Strong research and analytical skills 
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others 
• Determination and internal self-motivation 
  
  

Ideal to Have:   

• Experience in specified product/market/industry 
• Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS) 
• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
