JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client, a national trial law firm, focused on complex commercial and financial disputes for an onsite opportunity in Wilmington, DE.
This candidate will support attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy related matters, with a strong focus on cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery. This role will be responsible for assisting in all phases of litigation, including drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery materials; managing e-filings in Delaware courts; organizing case files and exhibits; and supporting hearings as well as deposition and trial preparation. This paralegal will also track deadlines, maintain calendars and case management systems, conduct docket reviews, and coordinate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with administrative and operational needs within our client's Delaware office.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of Delaware paralegal experience and have familiarity with the Delaware Court of Chancery, including its e-filing procedures. A bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate are preferred. Candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities from multiple attorneys across offices in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management platforms such as Relativity is required.
