About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our in-office team in Jupiter, Florida. This role will be responsible for supporting and assisting with marketing initiatives across our fintech, software, and integrated payments platforms as we continue to evolve into a modern fintech and software-focused sales organization.
This is a hands-on growth opportunity for someone who is highly organized, creative, and comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing execution. You will play a direct role in helping strengthen our brand, assist in lead generation efforts, and support marketing growth as the company continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies, vendors, and external creative resources when needed
- Support and execute marketing initiatives across social media, email, web, and sales channels
- Create and manage marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, and sales collateral
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Support CRM organization, campaign tracking, and lead management processes
- Collaborate with sales, sales, software, and external vendors on ongoing projects and campaigns
- Help maintain brand consistency and improve the overall quality of marketing content and materials
- Assist in organizing marketing assets, workflows, and internal marketing processes
- Contribute to the continued growth and modernization of the company’s marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in marketing coordination, content creation, and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM systems/ funnel management, campaign coordination, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating professional marketing materials and presentations
- Comfortable working with executives and agencies
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation
Experience with the following is preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- LinkedIn marketing tools
- Meta/Facebook business tools
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Email marketing platforms
- HubSpot, ZoHo, CRM tools
- Video editing and content production
- SaaS, fintech, software, or payments industry experience

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
