Every role at Jupiter directly contributes to our mission: saving lives by advancing the future of endovascular therapy.Position Overview: Jupiter Endo-Vascular is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and scale our supply chain operations across the product lifecycle—from supplier management and production planning to logistics and distribution. This role sits at the intersection of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, driving operational excellence, compliance, and scalability as Jupiter advances its next-generation technologies toward commercialization.This is an in office role. Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Lead supplier forecasting, capacity planning, and materials strategy in coordination with Operations, R&D, and Quality.Supplier Management: Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure reliable supply of materials that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.Procurement and Inventory Leadership: Direct procurement processes, monitor material flow, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and clinical programs.Process Optimization: Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning, sourcing, and logistics workflows.ERP System Expertise: Act as company subject matter expert in NetSuite and implement system improvements to enhance business performance. Performance Targets: Establish key performance indicators and lead the supply chain team to execute and deliver on performance targets.S&OP: Lead S&OP process to optimize demand and supply of commercial, clinical and development products. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with FDA, ISO, and QMS requirements; ensure traceability, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to align supply chain activities with company goals and product milestones.Logistics Optimization: Manage domestic and international shipping, warehousing, and distribution strategies to minimize lead times and costs.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team as the company scales from development through commercialization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field required (Master's preferred).7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management required, ideally within a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.Deep knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, S&OP processes, and supply chain analytics tools.NetSuite expertise required. Proven success developing supplier partnerships and implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.Working knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and other medical device manufacturing standards.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, startup-ready mindset.APICS/CSCP or related certification strongly preferred.Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $155,000-$175,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
