Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Warmly greeting and checking in/out patients
- Managing hygienist and provider schedules
- Presenting and reviewing dental treatment plans
- Financial discussions and collections
- Insurance verification and reconciliation
- Answering phones and handling new patient inquiries
- Supporting social media and patient engagement efforts
