Your Role & Impact
As our Dental Practice Leader, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do...leading operations, elevating team performance, and helping patients have the best experience possible. You’ll work side-by-side with our doctors and clinical team to keep the office running efficiently and profitably.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to exceed goals
- Monitor key metrics: production, collections, case acceptance, patient retention
- Manage billing, insurance claims, A/R, and scheduling
- Create a positive, organized, patient-first environment
- Collaborate with leadership to implement systems that drive results
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of dental office management experience
- Proven ability to manage production, collections & team KPIs
- Sales or business background? That’s a huge plus!
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with dental software, Microsoft Office & digital tools
- Deep knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and financial coordination
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure

*Fri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
