**Required Experience and Skills:**
- Prefer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Must have experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting.

**Certifications and Licensure:**
- Must have CPR certification.
- Must have North Carolina (NC) Physical Therapy license.

**Other Information:**
- Clinicians may be required to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services.
- Position involves physical therapy evaluations, establishing plans of care, assisting with rounds and care conferences, and frequent communication with the rehab team.
