Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

**Required Experience and Certifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
- Experience with specific skills, cases, and procedures are required, including Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Ambulatory OR, and various surgical procedures as detailed in job description.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience in Trauma Level I and II facilities
- Charting System Experience, specifically with Cerner

**Licensure:**

- NM license can be pending at time of submission

**Other Requirements:**

- COVID vaccination required (religious and medical exemptions accepted)
- No locals within 100-mile radius
- 12-hour shifts required, with on-call including 6 days per 6-week schedule, 2 of which must be weekends
- 1:1 patient ratios

**Return/Break Guidelines:**

- 6-month break required after 1 year or 4 consecutive contracts
- Former staff require 12 months of separation before returning

**Additional Requirements:**

- Pass EKG testing; maximum of 2 attempts
- Preceptor Pay is not offered
- Compliance must begin within 1-2 weeks of signing, with documentation due 10 days prior to start.
