Job Summary
Juno Search Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR issues, ensuring positive employee relations.
About the Role
- Provide expert advice and counsel to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Manage and maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring seamless integration with various HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, recommending updates to HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Participate in compensation surveys, develop job descriptions, and conduct market analysis to inform strategic compensation decisions.
- Support the unemployment claims process, preparing supervisors for hearings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent, related work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience with employee relations, FMLA, ADA, and other employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and management.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS programs and Microsoft Office.
