Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Montgomery County, a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence for the CEO and respond on their behalf.
- Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports, sponsorships, payment portals, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders and partner on special projects.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage, execute, and oversee personal projects, passion projects, and philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- ~2-7 years of experience in Executive Assistant role
- ~Must be extremely tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- ~Project management experience preferred
