The Role
We're hiring a Call Center Sales Manager to lead our inbound/outbound junk removal sales team. This is a sales leadership role. You'll own the sales floor, drive the metrics, and be the person who can answer, accurately and instantly, how our call center is performing on any given day.
What You'll Own
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Junk.com call center sales team (approximately 10 agents); drive daily and monthly sales metrics
- Know our call metrics cold — call volume, missed calls, answer rate, conversion — and be able to report them accurately at a moment's notice
- Optimize call center efficiency, staffing, scheduling, and queue structure
- Bring forward sales improvement initiatives, organize them, track what's working and what isn't, and pivot based on results
- Propose and help shape sales bonus/commission structures grounded in metrics you can defend
What We're Looking For
- Proven call center sales management experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-location environment
- Strong command of call center analytics and telephony metrics (Twilio experience a plus)
- A builder's mindset — comfortable creating process and structure where little exists
- Data-driven: you measure, you track, and you adjust
- Clear, direct communicator who collaborates well across teams without overstepping into other functions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives with clear timelines and accountability
