Job Description

Junk Busters is a locally owned junk removal company serving Northern New Jersey. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our small team as a Box Truck Driver / Junk Removal Helper.

This is a hands-on position that involves driving our company trucks, removing furniture and unwanted items, and helping with residential and commercial cleanouts.

We're a small, growing business looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work. There's an opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive our non-CDL box trucks to and from job sites.
• Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Assist with residential and commercial cleanouts.
• Work alongside other crew members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Treat customers and their properties with respect.
• Keep company trucks and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow basic safety procedures and properly secure loads.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving box trucks preferred.
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and heavy lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work well with a small team.
• Professional and respectful when dealing with customers.
• No CDL required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week

• Are you comfortable with physical work, including lifting furniture and loading trucks?
• Are you willing to be trained to operate a non-CDL box truck and perform physically demanding junk removal work?
• Are you able to provide at least two professional references from previous employers or supervisors upon request?

Experience:

• Commercial driving or box truck : 3 years (Preferred)
• Moving, general labor: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
