Construction Superintendent

Title: Construction Superintendent (Mid-level)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Pay: $100k-$150k base (DOE) 10-30% bonus (DOE) Truck Gas Card

Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls

Mixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers

Healthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projectsEnsure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a lead or solo super with project experience between $5-$20 million Or experience as an area super on larger scale builds.
• Proven ability to successfully manage all on-site construction operations, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for large-scale projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication capabilities.
• Ensures adherence to contract requirements and project specifications.
• Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with trades, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Oversees construction material procurement, staging, storage, and site security operations.
• Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required).
