We're currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team.

What You'll Do

As a Floor Technician, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our residents, visitors, and staff by:

• Performing floor care duties including buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, burnishing, and refinishing hard surface floors

• Operating and maintaining floor care equipment safely and efficiently

• Following all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• Reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, or equipment issues promptly

• Assisting with general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed

• Supporting department initiatives that enhance cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction

• Completing additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Previous floor care or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday

• Ability to work in an environment with cleaning chemicals, floor care equipment, and varying noise levels
