Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, hydra facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and more.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results.
- Uphold sanitation standards and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times.
- Assist with client communication to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and new techniques in esthetic treatments.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to support client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently.
