- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service.
- Engage clients through effective communication about hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling retail items.
Experience
- Valid barbering license with proven experience working in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment.
- Experience performing barbering with straight razors
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing personalized recommendations.
