Job Purpose:
Join our Fresh Foods team in the Meat Department, where you’ll provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure our fresh products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. This role is focused on creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while working in a supportive team environment.

This role is focused on creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and quality standards are met.
- Keep the meat department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and dress code.
- Assist in other duties as assigned, such as stocking shelves or cleaning the department.
Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.

Required Experience:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience handling and preparing meat products (preferred)
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Required Certifications:
- Food Handlers Certification (required)
